BINA DARULAMAN BERHAD (BDB) is an investment holding company, which is a subsidiary of Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Kedah (Kedah State Development Corporation) with equity ownership of 54.49%. Established in 1995, BDB’s main activities are property development, property management consulting services, oil palm plantation and investment holding. BDB has 7 subsidiaries are active in the functional areas that have been determined in accordance with the objectives of the parent company. These companies are:

3. The BDB (Managing and operating the Golf & Recreation Club)

7. BDB Hotels Sdn. Bhd. (Tourism)
